The site describes AI solutions, marketing intelligence, and software development services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.

Nothing on this site creates a binding contract or obligation to deliver work until a specific agreement is signed.

The content of this site, including text, design, code, diagrams, and visuals, is owned by Aramio or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or build derivative work from it without written permission.

For client work, ownership of deliverables is set in the individual agreement. By default, we keep rights to our pre-existing materials, methods, and general know-how.

Pricing, payment schedule, currency, and invoicing terms are defined in the specific agreement for each engagement. We do not publish standard prices on this site.

• Invoices are due according to the terms stated in the agreement.
• Late payments may pause work until the balance is settled.
• Expenses, third-party subscriptions, and travel are billed separately if agreed.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during discussions and engagements private. This includes business plans, technical details, customer data, and any other information marked as confidential or that should reasonably be treated as confidential.

This obligation does not apply to information that is already public, already known, or required to be disclosed by law or a court order.

We aim to deliver work to a high standard, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as revenue increases, rankings, conversion rates, or model accuracy. The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Any warranties for client work are defined in the specific agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Aramio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from the use of the site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim, unless the agreement says otherwise.

Either party may end an engagement according to the notice and terms in the specific agreement. General principles:

• Work completed before termination is billed proportionally.
• Either party may terminate immediately for material breach.
• Confidentiality and intellectual property provisions survive the end of the engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hungary. This reflects the location of our company and the EU legal environment in which we operate.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
